The Plot Begins

Lola finally reached the end. She hopped of the bank and drank while waiting for the others.

OOC: Yeah. New record of 3 users online ^_^

Lydda yelped at the sight. "Hold on to her Yuko! Im coming." Lydda gently stepped onto a log then one step after another, she didnt have good balance but she got to them eventually. "Tally im going to grab the scruff of your neck, it may hurt but we are going to pull you to safety ok?"

Yuko pulled himself up. Tally jumped onto the land. Yuko walked to land and sat down watching Lydda.

(Late post...I think )

Lola tried to come and help, but before she could lay a paw on the logs Tally was back up. "Are we all OK?"

Yuko sighed as he was pulled up onto land. He watched Lydda. Tally waited for Lola to drag her up.

(Cross out the part of Tally and put: "Thanks.."She said.)

Lydda breathed a sigh of relief as they all safely got to the other side. "Yep we are all ok" She smiled but only briefly. "Ok we need to head towards the mountains now. Lola you lead the way".

"Okay. The flood clouds are still above us. I'll be that sun is as bright as it gets but it's so dark we can't see it. Look, the river is about to spill over..." she watched as the dam separated. "We have to go straight. The mountains are just minutes away. Let's move," and she took off running.

Tally ran off as fast as a mad bull fixing to charge. Yuko started running after the wolves in front. "C'mon!"Tally barked looking back at Yuko.

"Hang on everyone, we're almost there, only about 50 yards. We're close to safety. Don't look now, but the flood isn't far behind us," she said looking back.

The large cracking noise of the logs colliding as they swept down the river, left the wolves ears as they travelled further from home. The rain had come. It felt like a hail storm beating down on the wolves pelts. "We need to hurry!" Lydda screamed

"Lydda,calm down.."Yuko whispered. Tally bounded down the river. Yuko looked at Lydda with soft eyes.

Lydda tried to calm down but she only had one thing on her mind and that was getting to safety. She looked Yukos way. "Thanks Yuko, but I would be much more calm if we....were...safe". Lydda panted as she ran.

"If you panick YOU may not be safe.."He said. He nudged her softly to make her more relaxed.

"Youre right". Lydda smiled. "Besides, we are almost there. Look, theres the mountain!" She ran ahead of the others and started to climb its steep rocks at the bottom. Behind them the flood was spreading throughout the forest, destroying many things in its way. Lydda called out to the others "Quick, climb!".

The pair climbed up the mountain to safety. "C'mon Ly!"Yuko barked.

OOC: Sorry, I had to go to bed without saying bye.
IC: Lola was the last to reach the mountain. She hadn't the long legs or claws to get up it. "Aaaa-wooooooooo," she called. Someone had to carry her up.

Yuko grabbed Lola and carried her up. "There.."

ooc: i'll jump in when it's not that much frantic m'kay?

Lola was going to thank Yuko, but she could feel that he knew she was thankful. Besides, it would only distract him.

As they were climbing up, the water was rising. It was just beneath the tiny pack.

Yuko climbed next to Lydda but keeping close to Lola.

IC: Are we gonna make it out alive?! Lola asked herself as she was fractically climbing upwards next to the others. But when she looked back, she saw the flood wasn't chasing them anymore. Instead, it was steady. She stopped on a ledge that was sticking out from the mountain. "Look," she said calmly.
